How do I return an item?

Below is our return policy, return address and RA #


We will accept returns that are new, unused (Items that have been used by you or your pet cannot be returned) and all original accessories and packaging / wrapping materials are present / intact. Items must be in resalable condition. (Shipping Charges are non-refundable) After 30 days (from date of purchase), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.


All Returns require a Return Authorization Number; please contact us or call (424) 234-MEOW(6369) Please return merchandise insured with prepaid shipping. Returns without a Return Authorization Number cannot be honored.


If any product is received damaged please retain packaging material for UPS / USPS inspection and claim. Contact us at or call (424) 234-MEOW(6369) Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met. DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued.  Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product.
